Some schools I'm thinking about:
Albany
Burnett (will my 3.18 round up to 3.2 for their screening?)
Drexel
Temple
Stritch
MCW
Tulane
Rush
Vermont
OHSU
UMD

What other MD schools are targets for me? And what about DO schools?

OHSU takes almost no OOS students, and those they do usually have high stats or fit certain criteria. Rush typically expects much more non-clinical volunteering. You will need to check GPA cutoffs. Rounding is not something I’d count on. You can add:

UMD
Rutgers (if they take from their own SMP program)
NYMC
Oakland
Wayne State

You will need several DO schools, try:

CCOM (high tuition)
PCOM
LECOM (all campuses)
DMU
Marian
Campbell
NYIT
Touro NY
Touro NV
KCU
KCOM (Kirksville)
ACOM
WCU
Rowan
