Hi all.
in-state, 3.45c, 3.35s; 4.0 both semesters junior yr.
MCAT 524 (yeah big contrast, I know!)
One summer (300 hrs?) working with patients in clinic, one summer volunteering at local hospitals and kitchen
Two semesters research, no pubs: 10 hrs/wk
80 hours shadowing two different specialties

What are chances at IU? I see people saying that it's becoming more OOS-friendly, and from data the avg. GPA is rising. I'd appreciate your thoughts!

Yep, in-state! Thanks for the reply :)
You should receive an interview at Indiana but you need to apply broadly to other schools. I suggest applying to these schools also:
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
Rosalind Franklin
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Pittsburgh
Vermont
Tufts
Quinnipiac
Hofstra
Einstein
Rochester
New York Medical College
Jefferson
George Washington
NOVA MD
USF Morsani
TCU-UNT

I may also add as a just-in-case DO application to Marian since it's in Indianapolis. You should get some attention though from IU, and hopefully you have made connections with students, recruiters, and student services staff beforehand through recruitment visits or AMSA meetings.
