You should aim a little higher. Faha has given a better list. To that I would also add some of the research giants where your GPA is above the 10th percentile, as your experience is exceptional.

You have a very good application, and interesting to boot. I'm sure people will want to hear about your experiences.

I agree with Faha, but target schools where you GPAs are closest to the median of acceptees of these schools, using MSAR.
