I am applying for a third year and I am starting to get worried about my chances.
Was an AZ resident during first two app cycles but moved to TX in fall of 2021

Undergrad institution: Grand Canyon University - B.S. Exercise Science - 3.38GPA with upward trend
Graduate institution: Grand Canyon University - M.S. Biology - 3.71 GPA, working on M.S. in Mental Health and Wellness current GPA 3.82

MCAT 7/2020: 498 (121,128,123,126)
MCAT 9/2020: 500 (121,130,124,125)
MCAT 1/2022: 501 (122,130,124,125)

Student leadership position in undergrad: 1000hrs
Student athlete
free clinic volunteer: 50 hrs
physician shadowing: 185 hrs
medical mission o the Philippines
physical therapy technician: 1780hrs
Habitat for Humanity: 480 hrs
Youth program director: 2000hrs
Employed full-time as a higher education admin from 2017-current

20-21 cycle: applied to 5 DO schools, 1 interview, 1 waitlist
21-22 cycle: applied to 15 DO schools, 2 interviews, 2 waitlists

Which URM community are you from ? If Hispanic, are you fluent in Spanish ? Which DO schools did you apply to and where are your waitlists ?

The only thing you can do at that point is just work on your interview skills and knock out the interview. Your stats are set in stone so if you get to an interview you just have to prove to them that you can handle the rigor and you'll be a good fit for the mission and class.
