you could suffer yield management at your IS schools, unfortunately
ucsf/ucla/uop are unfortunately reach schools for everyone, even with your super high stats

your best chances are at UOP and ucsf IMO...

my feeling is that pittsburgh is going to assume you are going to a west coast or mountain school...

your volunteering hours are going to be an issue at the arizona schools
they look for hundreds of hours working with underserved communities

but they also don't fit your low cost goals...

This doesn't really satisfy expectations for community service. This may cause your file to be screened out at many schools.
