Focused on community service and access to care. I am trying to prioritize my in-states and publics that offer in state tuition after one year. Hopefully, I get the NHSC scholarship too.

Well, Temple and Roseman aren't in the Midwest. I suppose you could add Bitonte NEOMED and Creighton.
