WAMC for Reapplying Next Cycle

Hey Everyone,
I have applied this cycle and received no IIs as of this post and was looking for some brutally honest advice on where my application is the weakest, what my chances are, and how to spend the rest of this cycle preparing for reapplication. I would also greatly appreciate any input as far as school list goes. I have also indicated which schools have given me a definitive rejection.

cGPA: 3.64
sGPA: 3.77
MCAT: 517 (130/130/129/128)
IL Resident White Male
Clinical Volunteering: 150 Hrs in ER/ Ambulatory Care in Hospital
Clinical Employment: 2000 Hrs as Unit Secretary/Registration in ER, Recently got EMT license so I am looking for tech positions
Nonclinical Volunteering: None
Research: None
Shadowing: None

I would suggest getting non-clinical volunteering with an underserved community and shadowing primary care physicians
