Welcome to the forums.

Be aware that anticipated hours don't count, and I easily disregard non-shadowing activities with fewer than 50 hours. That said, I think you are okay; keep working on adding more clinical and community service hours. You may be low for Einstein and UCLA.

Your non clinical volunteering hours are low and that will limit your chances for interviews. I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
Your 3 New Jersey state public schools
Hackensack
Albany
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
Rochester
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
Methodist
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton

Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
For DO schools I suggest these:
