Its not late to apply DO for this cycle. MSU has a DO school too. You should be competitive for that.

You have several state public schools in your application that admit very few (if any) non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. Do not bother with the secondaries for Minnesota, Louisville, Kansas and South Dakota (Northeast Ohio, Wright State. South Carolina and Wisconsin also but you already submitted those ). You could add these schools:
