You could receive interviews at your in state schools. Your reaches are obviously unrealistic with your MCAT scores. Greenville, Stony Brook UA Phoenix and Indiana admit few non residents with your MCAT scores and no connection to the state. you could add these schools:
Belmont
Oakland Beaumont
Eastern Virginia
TCU
Rosalind Franklin

Yes, NOVA MD, GW, Tulane, St.Louis, Creighton,Temple, Drexel, Penn State, Quinnipiac, Geisinger, MCW, Albany, Wake Forest, Vermont and Wayne State are all realistic.
