WAMC rutgers

What are my chances of getting into Rutgers as an in state resident.
Just took my DAT today not at all as good as I expected.
19 AA, 17 TS (16 bio 18 gen chem 18 ochem 19 PAT 19 QR 25 RC).
3.7 GPA, 3.07 sgpa
800 working hours at oral surgeons, 150 shadowing
Please be brutally honest is it even possible for Rutgers?
If not any recommendations on where to apply?
