I feel like my list is a bit too 'top heavy'. Would appreciate some insight!

So my main worry is my activities being average and my research being minimal which is why my list is so long 🙁 . I feel that I should cut out some of the higher stat ones bc of this. any advice would be appreciated.
- cGPA: 3.96 sGPA: 3.95
- MCAT: 521 (130,130,131,130)
- CA resident
- middle eastern female
- Undergraduate institution: UCLA
- Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer):
- Clinical Volunteering: 450 hours
- Employment Medical/Clinical: 850 hours
- Research experience and productivity (This is the weakest part of my app)
- Clinical Research: 300 hours (cardiothoracic clinical research) no pubs no presentations
- Shadowing experience and specialties represented
- 100 hours total shadowing multiple specialties
- Non-clinical volunteering
- 320 hours total
- Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc)
- Leadership (fundraising coordinator): 150 hours
- Tutoring: College Math - 200 hours
- Relevant honors or awards
- UCLA Regents Scholar
- Dean list/president's list etc
- Anything else not listed you think might be important
- Hobbies 400 hours - volleyball and racing cars
