Good luck on your TMDSAS chances. With your MCAT record, they will still be your best chance. Many of your reach schools seem unreasonable unless there is a very strong mission fit that convinces the adcoms you will forego low Texas tuition for what they offer. Free tuition programs like Einstein will choose who they want.

It would help to know what you did in your gap year. 250 hours of food bank work plus Eagle Scout (for those who care) helps you, but I need a clearer purpose as a physician.
 
Thanks for the feedback! I should have clarified in my post that I have just graduated and I will be entering into my gap year, so the gap year activities are planned hours. As for my purpose as a physician, I wanted to center my narrative around a theme/focus of education/teaching if that makes sense? I have tried to weave this aspect into my essays and activities list as best as I could.

Sure... which is a strong argument for becoming a teacher.
