Welcome to the forums.

Clearly you have had a career after graduating. Highlight the activities where you are involved with community after you graduated. What are your clinical activities after graduating/your master's degree?

Thank you! All my clinical activities are post-degree, as I decided to see if changing careers to medicine was truly right for me. I graduated last December, started my full-time career while I was still in undergrad (edited the hours breakdown a bit) and worked through my Master's. All the GED tutoring is postgrad and I am looking to get involved in more opportunities in the new year.

Your main weaknesses are your lack of shadowing and non clinical volunteering. You should accumulate 50 hours of physician shadowing before you submit your application. Also 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter.
I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
All 4 SUNYs
Albany
New York Medical College
Vermont
Quinnipiac
UMass
Tufts
Hofstra
Einstein
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
NOVA MD
Methodist
Belmont
Alice Walton
Roseman
TCU
Ponce (St. Louis)
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
For DO schools I suggest these:
NOVA
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
PCOM
CUSOM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
CCOM
AZCOM
LECOM

Thank you for your suggestions! I will have around 200-250 non-clinical volunteering hours by the time I apply in May and will acquire shadowing hours by then as well.
