Hi everyone, what are schools I can add/drop from my list to get to around 30 total? Is it too top-heavy?

ORM, CA resident

T20 undergrad

Paid Clinical (~1000hrs): EMT

Research (~3200 hrs): 2500 of which were full time Research Tech in a lab + 1 mid author Nature pub + 1 mid author recently submitted, other hours during undergrad (no posters/conferences)

Shadowing (~60 hrs): Ortho clinic (30 hrs), ortho surgeon (8 hrs), radiology (20 hrs), hopefully some primary care between now and applying

Volunteering (~400+ hrs by time of application) Meals on Wheels 140, hospital greeter/guide 60, overdose prevention training and outreach 180+ hrs

Extracurriculars: editor of undergrad research journal 1 year
