Looking for some feedback on my school list

cGPA and sGPA: ~3.9 for both
MCAT score(s) and breakdown: 518 (128/128/132/130), took once
State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US): CA
Ethnicity and/or race: ORM
Undergraduate institution or category: UC

Research/lab
  • Multiple Sclerosis research with 1 poster (400 hours)
    • completed assays as well as surgeries on mice
    • inventory and weaning of mice every week
Community Service/Volunteer - Nonmedical/Clinical
  • Simulation technician intern (1400 hours)
    • organized set up and take down of nursing and medical student lab stations every summer since 2017
    • occasionally helped teach BLS and other stations such as intubation, so might need to break this up
    • definitely a "most meaningful experience" because it was one of my first leadership positions where I learned to work as a team and also my first introduction to the medical field
  • Community kitchen for in-patients, out-patients and family (100 hours + ongoing hours)
    • cooked, baked, and drove to deliver meals for people in the hospital and at their homes
Community Service/Volunteer - Medical/Clinical
  • Endocrinology clinic (210 hours)
    • completed patient intake and vitals for patients in both English and Korean
Paid Employment - Medical/Clinical
  • Home-visit Phlebotomist (520 hours)
  • Caregiver at memory-care home for patients with early to late stage dementia (150 hours + ongoing hours)
    • in charge of feeding, toileting, grooming, and helping give meds to designated residents
    • also a "most meaningful experience" because I see the limitations in terms of care I can provide patients
Teaching/Tutoring/Teaching Assistant
  • Adult Literacy tutor at the library (100 hours)
  • MS1 procedures course (75 hours)
    • lead and taught a station for an MS1 lab
  • Tutored Korean speaking students (350 hours)
Physician Shadowing/Clinical observation
  • In-person shadowing endocrinology and geriatric medicine (40 hours)
Artistic Endeavors
  • Piano and Flute
    • been playing since elementary school, continued all through hs and college, recently been playing at the carehome I work at for residents
    • both an outlet for stress and also something I enjoy playing for friend's and family member's weddings

Relevant honors or awards
