Remove UC Irvine and UC San Diego since they admit few non residents with no connection to the state. You could add Arizona State School of Medicine and Engineering (you fit their profile).
I would continue to build hours as a Social Resource (you report 90 hours, and I'd like to get to at least 150 hours when you submit your application). I think your interests and participation with community health as part of your mission as a physician will determine your success in the process. How much you want to learn medicine "the engineering way" will also be a factor.
