You should receive several interviews from your list. UNC accepts very few non residents with your stats and Emory is a reach.
You could add these schools with your stats:
Morehouse
Jefferson
Eastern Virginia
Oakland Beaumont
Seton Hall
Medical College Wisconsin
St. Louis
Creighton
You are competitive for all DO schools.

Thank you for your response, Faha. Do you think I have any chances of receiving interviews from my state schools? I'm really debating whether I should just withdraw my application... I had multiple deaths in my family right before my exam and admittedly wasn't in the best frame of mind before my test. Perhaps if I re-take the MCAT in September or January with the goal of getting a higher score and just apply next year that would improve my chances?

Yes, you could receive interviews from your state schools. You are fine to apply this month and submit all your secondaries by August. The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have a 86% chance for a MD acceptance with your stats. Those odds are higher if you add all the schools I suggested to your original list.
