I had similar stats to you, being an ORM and male is a hindrance to low GPA applicants for sure, however your undergrad institution should give you a small boost. Apply very very broadly for MD, for out of state public schools make sure they accept a decent amount of out of state students and also apply to private schools OOS. You should get an interview or two in-state, if your GPA has a strong upward trend then that will make a big difference as opposed to being just stagnant.

You should receive plenty of DO interviews and an acceptance if you interview well, definitely make sure you apply DO and do not neglect them, be ready to be possibly only accepted DO and waitlisted at MD schools. As always, things vary by year and every person is different.

You forgot USF in your IS school, and although UM is private it would still be worth applying too.

Remove University of Washington since they accept almost no OOS applicants. You should also remove UVA median MCAT for accepted OOS applicants was like a 520 along with a median GPA of around 3.9.

To your list you should also consider adding:

Thomas Jefferson
Tufts
Tulane
Drexel
Georgetown
Creighton
Geisinger
Oakland Beaumount
NYMC
Wake

It would be good to hear from some of the adcoms on here as well @Goro and @Faha
