I think you can get into an MD school but that would also depend on other things like:
-URM/Athlete/Vet status
-Clinical/nonclinical volunteering
-Research?
-and trend in your GPA. If its an upward trend and no glaring Cs/Ds, it will dilute the effects of the 3.5
