I did a Nuclear Medicine Technology (34 credits) program at the Mayo Clinic. I am not sure if it is technically a typical 'post-bacc' but it was completed after graduating from Undergrad.

Correct, the program is either a 3+1 or 4+1 in my case I completed my undergrad first then did the internship/cert
