cGPA: 3.45 with a significant upward trend
sGPA: 3.42 with a significant upward trend
Undergrad: University of Washington
Arizona Resident, but grew up in CA
MCAT: 496 to a 498 (I am a horrible test taker)
Clinical experience-
Scribe: greater than 2000 hours
Hospital volunteer: greater than 500 hours
Vaccination volunteer: 100 hours
Medical assistant: 500 hours and counting
Research: 1000 hours
Shadowing: MD (50 hours) and DO (60 hours)
Deans list two years in a row

Your MCAT scores are too low for the Arizona MD schools and Touro-NY, Touro-CA, AZCOM, WESTERN, CCOM, NOVA, NYIT.
I suggest adding these DO schools to your application:

UP-KYCOM
BCOM
ICOM
Noorda-COM
KHSC-COM (new school)
VCOM (all 4 schools)
LUCOM
Many of these schools have MCAT medians in the 498 to 502 range so you should receive some interviews with your GPAs and excellent ECs.

It is not too late to add schools and do so in the next week. From your list you could receive interviews at LECOM, PCOM Georgia and South Georgia, Lincoln DeBusk, AT Still Arizona and possibly Marian and Pacific Northwest.
