Took the pre-reqs back in 2015 and finished in 2022. But thing is High Point doesnt require pre-reqs. Its doesnt matter. Applied 4 times now

With no DAT, you are going to be limited to two schools as far as I know: HPU and PNWU (once they are available). You must take Casper for both schools, so what is your result? Obviously if you applied 3x before with no DAT, it's clear why you didn't get far. HPU only accepted their first class last cycle, so not getting into HPU given your lack of prereqs or DAT means you have to show significant improvement to move ahead for HPU. What are these improvements?
