Washington State Dentist License

I will graduating with a DDS degree and completing my WREBs in June (Finally!!!)
I am planning on moving to Washington state and wanted to plan ahead for obtaining the dental license.

There are some vague references to needing a fingerprint-based Background check but no specific instructions of what I need to do... any insight into this?

AIDS certification: Do I need to do any additional courses?

Any other licenses I would need...Xray, DEA, etc.?

I'm also applying for a WA state license. Any word on how long it takes to get your license after they receive everything? Thanks!
