Does anyone know the overtime pay laws in Washington state?

For instance in CA, any hours worked over 8 hours in one shift or over 40 hours in a week requires time and a half over time pay.

In NC, Wags pays time plus 20 bucks for any hours over 10 hours in one shift or any hours past 40 in a week?

Would Wags be required to pay time and a half OT in CA, even though they pay time plus 20 everywhere else?

Just wondering how the OT pay at Wags in Washington state works?

Preciate it.

Yes after 8h, everyone in CA get 1.5X unless there is a collective bargaining agreement.

Depends on the company. I just (very) recently got 3 offers in the Seattle area, 2 were like time + $15, time +$20, and one was time + 1/2. So not sure if laws regulate this as much as the company. Hope this answers your questions
