Hope someone can give me some info on the program at Washington Univ (St. Louis). I'm looking for a program that is hands on, lots of procedures, where ER docs run the show and don't consult everything. How hard is it to match there?

I would also be interested in finding a place where ED docs run the show and don't consult everything. It seems that ED hasn't made its presence known very well at most institutions.
