Does anyone know? I heard someone got in already! I thought they don't send it out till July 2?!?

I have a friend who got an acceptance letter in the mail a few days ago for Waterloo. She wasn't expecting anything until July either.

Nope, my friend is 3rd yr. All pre-reqs. Just no degree.

I tink 94%. Pretty sure, rumor has it she got a 100 in a few courses.

Yes, I know of an internal applicant who claims to have received an acceptance letter as well. However, she is in 3rd year and was completing pre-reqs in the winter term. I don't understand how she could get acceptance since the marks for the winter term are not finalized. A term in which she had pre-reqs, any thoughts? Oh her GPA is probably mid 80's.

My friend was an internal applicant, just completed her degree. She has all pre-req's, and and a GPA in the low 80's. Applied last year, but was rejected. Did a little bit of shadowing and volunteered at the optometry school. She says she didn't feel like a stellar applicant, just very average, and was actually afraid of getting another rejection!

So are we hearing that these are only internal applicants? that might make sense....

although the qualifications of those accepted sound like a couple of people on the board would also be accepted....
