No rules/ regulations of the JCNDE will be violated in the discussions.

I have very simple question .....i guess everyone who is taking exam this year are really confused about this ...

suppose if we take exam this year in Dec ..we wont be able to apply to many colleges this year and therefore we have to apply in 2012 cycle; with candidates who are going to give NBDE in P/F score Pattern...... so i was just wondering does numerical scores are going to matter that much in 2012 cycle, so v must give exam till dec ?.....or its better not be in a rush and give exam next year ?

well i m planning to take exam this year i still have 4 months to go ...but this is just vague question which came in my mind...i.e to give now or not to give now.

great question vdt2009. i have the same question too. should i try to take my part 2 this yr or wait till next yr when its only P/F? will the exam questions be harder for next year or there is no difference?

this is a good question.
lot depends on how schools modify their selection criteria for next year.
since most schools are busy with this year, we need to wait tll next years application guidelines come out to have a clear idea about nest year.

My suggestion for people who have already prepared for the exam is that they should stick to their schedule. .
If a person is starting preparing for NBDE now, then - as of now - it makes sense to wait and watch. keep studying and book a date for december. if guidelines suite a post-jan exam, then you can postpone the date.
 
thank you bombayBDS and vdt2009! it seems like the new three types of q's in 2012 will make the exam harder.

@ jcdragon13 ...yes ur assumption is right ...they are doing this to make exam hard ...n even harder when they combine part 1 and part 2 in 2-3 years ......P/F thing will make this tough ....but we cant help it! everyone is in a same phase ...so there is nothing to be afraid of 🙂 but still ...vague things always come in mind ....dont know why 😳

I want to practice for bench test at home. So, where do i get high speed hand piece, foot pedal and extension cord. If anyone have idea about it please throw it to me. I really need help.

What do you think can be done for the private loans if you cannot manage a green card holder as a cosigner?

Private loans in the US without a co-signer are next to impossible to secure.
there is GSLC, check if ur university is on their list and if they are willing to accept property in your home country as co-lateral for a loan.
If you are from India, credila from HDFC is a good company for loans...expect much higher rates of interest.

Module3- Extensive MPH related information.
As the exam is now pass- fail starting Jan 2012, this module deals with detailed steps one can take to make their application stand out amongst the numerous others.

Which university do you apply?
What concentration do I go for and what exams do I take?

Module4- Interviews and Bench test preparation- 2 days hands on preparation for dental skills and covers all the tooth preparations asked at the dental schools ( gold crown, PFM( incisor, canine and molars), MOD onlay, class 2, RPD designing, surveying, introduction to composites) .

Module 5- Tourist Visa Counseling and F-1 issues. Funding your education in USA.

Registration is open only for a limited time (starting September 15 through October 31st).
