according to the nbme report, but really how reliable this approach is? i mean lets say my nbme report shows i'm weak in pharm and pharm question were only 7 and i got 2/7. don't you think for them to conclude that i'm weak at this is misleading i mean a greater number of pharm questions would have more accurately reflected my weakness than just 7 questions. basically i'm asking if it's safe to review what my weak areas are based on NBME? for english majors don't edit my post please,🙂

I think your thoughts are right. Based on 7 questions, it would be hard to say that you're weak in pharm.

However, I follow the maxim that everyone is weak in pharm, and therefore should review it.
