Weight of HS GPA and Transcript on Med School Applications

So as a senior in High School, I'll be applying to Irish school for the 5-6 year program right out of High School. I'm doing the IB program right now and I've done IGCSEs. So I was wondering, applying through CAO, they're not gona need to look at my School transcripts and cGPA right?? Just the IG's and predicted IB scores, correct?

they will want your transcript and ECs and all that stupid stuff. However, supposedly IB grades will matter the most.
