All,

I have never heard Cornell's school pronounced: so is Weill pronounced: Whale, While or Wheel?

Also,

For people who have been to Cornell, what are the options for taking classes in the area since the Ugrad campus is upstate? The law school is upstate too? Is there an MBA school in the area? What's the good word?

Also, how are the athletic (gym) facilities for Cornell. Since its nowhere near the Ugrad, most gym facilities for med schools are decent but not that great, but thats ok because there is a nice Ugrad gym nearby. Not so for Cornell. So how are the weight rooms/cardio rooms, etc? How are the living quarters for single AND marrieD?

Thanks,
Coops

LOL

Are you asking about the questions about the law / mba schools for yourself or because you want to meet hot law students? 😛

Oh and yes, they are both upstate.

*edit* Oh there is a thread around if you search, about how to pronounce Weil.

As someone who worked there, it's why+ll, simply known as CUMC

cornell's gym isn't that great...i can't remember exactly what they had but i just remember thinking it sucked.

i thought the singles housing was pretty good for NY, not overly spacious but you only have to share a bathroom w/one other room. and if i remember correctly, it was cheap as hell..

sounds like you're trying to decide whether or not to go to the interview - in the end the curriculum wasn't for me but i don't regret checking it out, it's a great school..

I had the same thread on it before my interview at Cornell, and it's pronounced as "while" 🙂

I mentioned this before, just call it "Cornell" and make your life easier 😉
