Weird semester hours after verification

When I submitted my primary, I wrote down courses exactly how they appeared on my transcript. I was verified today, but I noticed that for some 1-credit courses, it says 3 sem hours, but for other 1-credit courses, it says 4 sem hours. But, both courses say 1 CU on my transcript.

For my earlier courses, 1 CU was converted to 3 semester hours; but my later courses were converted to 4.

I am going to call AMCAS to clarify, but I thought I would ask here to see if anyone else had the same type of issue.

I assume they were all taken at the same school? Did any of the classes have labs?

So I figured out that apparently my school changed policies at a certain point.
