No they dont, you gotta send them sealed transcript and sealed degree signed by registrar of your university.

Thnx..Hardworking, as I graduated long way back , it's very hard to get sealed copies from registrar.
I have transcript which is signed & stamped by college Dean & it's singed before 10 yrs.. Does it valid?
I saw in WES , that they require all years mark sheets attested by University registrar. What is the difference between transcript & mark sheet ? If you are from Gujarat university please guide me how to get transcript?
