WES required documents?!?!?! NEED HELP :(

Hi everyone,

So I am from Canada and most public health schools in the US require a course-by-course evaluation of my transcript from somewhere like WES. I just submitted my WES app today and for the required documents I need to submit, in addition to my transcript, it asks for "Clear, legible photocopies of all graduation certificates or diplomas issued in English by the institutions attended". The thing is, I haven't yet graduated and so I don't have my BSc diploma. On my WES application for date of attendance at my university, the latest year I could choose was 2010 (there wasn't an option for 2011, which is when I'm scheduled to graduate), but since I haven't had my convocation/graduation, I didn't put down anything for "Year of Graduation" so on my WES record it now says "Did not graduate". I'm now paranoid that WES will just keep on waiting for the photocopy of my BSc degree to arrive and in the meantime declare my application incomplete so it wouldn't be sent to SOPHAS on time. Has anyone else bumped into this same problem? Should I send them a copy of my high school diploma instead? WES has been giving me a REALLY hard time ever since I started using it. I can probably go on forever about how crappy and idiotic a system it is but I'm really just worried. Any input would be great. Thanks a lot ahead of time!

Never mind.

For future reference for people who find themselves in the same boat:

I called them and they said my evaluation would say "courses in progress" and when I do receive my degree, I can send in a photocopy of this and ask for a re-evaluation (probably not necessary). The course-by-course evaluation would still be done like how it normally would be, and get sent to SOPHAS.
