Hi,
WES needs original transcripts from the university in a sealed envelope.

you can apply for rush service & if you have original transcripts,it should take about a week.

No other school accepts WES. There is a reason why all schools accept ECE alone - to evaluate everyone with the same criteria. Yes, every country and every school is different in grading. But, remember, it is totally doable to get into a program with low GPAs. I have and so have many others.

So WES evaluation isnt very useful unless one is applying for UIC ?

Hi,
I just applied ( 2007 cycle) and interviewed at most of these schools.
ps/ as an undergraduate ( 1.5 years outside US + 2.5 yrs at a US college) and so won't know the requirements for foreign graduates. However, they all accepted the WES evaluation I submitted. Good Luck.
