Same pipeline. Have you received an interview invite/call yet? Nothing on my end since that email. Scary.

No i havent. Im trying to be optimistic and think that theyre not necessarily calling everyone, maybe just some that need more info? Idk at this point, just waiting and praying lol 🥲🥲🥲
 
I haven’t received any further communications since that update email either. I suspect they’re working in order and reaching out to the people who interviewed first all the way back in November and then moving forward from there, but not sure how long that process would take them. Hopefully we all hear something soon!

I interviewed in november and i havent received a call so im not sure if its in order 😔

I also received an email the last week of March regarding the same thing. I really wish they had mentioned this during the first round of interviews, but it's okay. Let's see what happens! Good luck

I interpreted this as anyone who got the email should expect a call, but you’re right maybe this was just a mass email and doesn’t necessarily mean we’ll all get one.

It's not a call. Its a zoom meeting. The pipeline program should have emailed you directly

Did you receive the pipeline email prior to the mass email talking about to be on lookout for the pipeline meeting invitation? Also, may I asked when you submitted your application/interviewed initially?

Glad to hear that you heard back so soon!

Yes I did!
I submitted my application on Christmas Eve and then interviewed in January. I received the email from the pipeline beginning of march!
 
Just got an e-mail for the linkage meeting invitation! I applied 2/05 and initially interviewed 2/20.

That’s great! DO Linkage I’m assuming right? How far out did you schedule that meeting? I’m wondering what time frame they’re trying to get these meetings done with before decisions.

Yes! They asked for the following week or the week after. So I gave them a few times across that timeframe for their convenience.
 
I had my final interview today. It wasn't too bad, very, very, very conversational. It is an open file. So, everything on your application is fair game. Unfortunately, the person who interviewed me stated, "He has no idea how the MSMS program works," "what it entails," or "the admission process." The point of the second interview was to gauge if I would be an ideal candidate for their DO program. He provided me with insight into the DO program, its curriculum, and more. Everything discussed would be relayed to the MSMS admission committee. And that was it

I had my interview today as well. I agree with pretty much everything said here. The person who interviewed me was very nice and it wasn’t too bad. Goodluck to everyone!
 
Congrats to everyone who got the pipeline invite and completed their interview!! I still have not heard anything, so I emailed admissions and it seems like they're still rolling out interview invites and calls into next week. I was told no decisions have been sent out yet. Fingers crossed it works out for everyone!
 
Just finished my interview. It was primarily a conversation to get to know you better, open-file, though nothing particularly came up from it as I ended up discussing much of my story anyhow. My interviewer was very kind and had a great deal of knowledge and influence in-regards to the linkage program. I believe the interview is to gauge your aptitude to succeed, given the opportunity for the cohort, as a graduate student and as potential future medical student.

I had all my questions answered and was told that, for my pipeline, they would make their admittance decisions/recommendations by May 2nd to send to MSMS and that we should receive confirmation soon-after in early May.

Thank you very much, I hope the best for you and everyone as well. Yes, I was told from a prior e-mail that the program would start June 10th unless things change.
 
I was told that current MSMS students interviewed for COMP this morning as well, to give a perspective timeline of the future for accepted incoming cohort students.

Didn’t the email Danielle sent say April at latest in terms of decisions? It’s just getting later and later huh😭😭😭

Are you also dental pipeline? Because from what im seeing its the COMP people who received emails so far, i have not heard about any follow ups on the dental pipeline

Does anyone know how it works for people just doing msms do we not get second interviews since it’s just one program?? My intent is to do PA and I can’t get in so I was hoping an MSMS would help me! But I have not heard back at all either!
 
The second rounds of interviews are for specific pipelines not for MSMS only. From what it seems, the second interview is extended to DO applicants only. I wouldn’t worry too much about it as a dental applicant or as an MSMS only applicant 😊 Hoping we all hear good news soon !

Did email saying we’d receive decisions by end of April after being contacted by our desired linkage program (particularly for COMP) mysteriously disappear for anyone else?
