Hello I am doing secondary apps at the moment. I was wondering, I see a lot of people mention early or late application submissions. May I ask what is considered early app submission, what is considered late app submission?

Late DO applicant with 3.8/503 — is it worth applying this cycle or should I just go Caribbean? Genuinely lost.
