I will be meeting soon the assistant dean for a dental school in the west coast.

And I don't know anything about what should I do or what should I ask. And I am afraid to be awkward as always and messed up.

Any suggestions on what questions should I ask or how to keep having a conversation with him?

I will really appreciate any advice

When does clinical start and how does the profession go?

Will there be a good faculty to student ratio?

How is the curriculum structured, and how do the students feel about it?

At two interviews I asked "Do the students have fun/enjoy the learning process?"
-This question showed me a HUGE disconnect between staff and students. The interviewers literally said "We don't know, we hope they enjoy it, we don't talk to the students about that" and "Fun? why would we have fun?" and I got one honest answer " We actually are not sure, we invite you to ask the students" <- I appreciated the answer as they were straight up with me. The first 2 answers just showed me they were all about the business and not about the dynamic of the school.
