I'd assume with your gpa that you've done a lot of research regarding the schools in question.
However, some of the aforementioned institutions have very high in-state preferences... i.e., MC Georgia 5.7 % OOS matriculation.
You might also consider OOS tuition costs... i.e., "Out-of-state tuition for University of South Carolina School of Medicine Greenville is currently $80,692 USD"

Check out the above list.
- You might consider adding some of the PA/VA schools.

Your best chances are your Florida schools so add NOVA MD. The South Carolina schools, the Alabama schools, Central Michigan, Georgia and East Tennessee accept few non residents with your MCAT and no connections to the state. Meharry and Morehouse accept mainly African Americans.

NOVA MD will be accepting applications soon. Go to the NOVA MD website. Which Hispanic group do you belong to? Are you fluent in Spanish?

Cuban.
I can understand it but speaking is not as fluent.
I suggest these OOS schools:
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Einstein
Hofstra
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Georgetown
George Washington
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
St. Louis
Creighton
Tulane
