MD What are my chances? GPA 3.91 MCAT 33

I am trying to figure out which MD schools to apply to. Below is my tentative list of schools. Which ones do you think are possible for me to get into? Are there other schools I should add to the list

Public Health Major at Johns Hopkins University
MCAT: Verbal 12, Bio 10, Physics 11
GPA: 3.91

Extracurriculars:
-President/ officer of 2 clubs
-4 Internships
- Teaching Assistant/ Tutor
-80hrs of shadowing
-Volunteer at free clinic

Mayo, Brown, CWRU are likely reaches.
Some of those Midwestern public schools are tough for OOS (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Indy?)
Some of those lower-tier schools receive many apps

Good start on the list though.

Mayo and Brown though will be hard considering the small number of people they accept (Mayo due to its small class size and Brown due to linkage programs with postbaccs and its own PLME program). What were those 4 internships in, OP?
