- WORK = Personal Trainer (2 years, 300 hours)
- Trained many special populations from hypertensive, to diabetes, to obese. Also worked with a variety of musculoskeletal issues such as bursitis, tendonitis, fractures.
- Trained groups of up to 20 on lifestyle changes to improve health, also coached intro kickboxing and kettlebell
- Gave lectures to the general population on principles of lifting and creating healthy lifestyle changes
- Gave lectures to "Trainers-in-training" so that they could prepare to take the ACE personal trainer certification exam
- Helped initiate the marketing division for personal trainers at my institution.
- WORK = Scribe (2.5 months, 100 hours)
- Scribed at an E.R.
- Treasurer and then President of Speech and Debate Team (~500 hours)
- coached and took 5 rookie members to nationals
- increased membership and retention
- hosted multiple tournaments with over a dozen schools around the U.S.

- 24 hour competition where you work in a team to analyze a large data set (cant go into detail on this thread bc confidentiality stuff)

- Cognitive Psych lab (7 months, ~80 hrs)
- Helped prepare lit reviews for a lab attempting to model behavioral data with neural correlates
- Helped design a cognitive fMRI experiment that would provide the neural correlates for the model
NonClinical Volunteering
- Gheeta Dham (since highschool to present, probably 800 hours. 200 post HS )
- An organization that strives to educate young and impovershed children in India
- provided free education, housing, and food. Currently is working on providing basic health care to kids and surrounding area
- I helped organize fundraising events in the U.S. so that the Dham could have funds for the children
- I also helped spread awareness about the organization and its purpose through helping with events
