What are my Chances? MD/DO

I am currently looking to apply to MD/DO schools and was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions!?

First gen./middle eastern
uGPA: 3.2+; upward trend
SMP: a little under a 3.8
MCAT: 501

Research: 4 labs, ~400+ hours of research
Shadowed MD and DO: ~300+ hours
other clinical and volunteer: ~400+
decent amount of community service

ECs: 700+ hours; held leadership positions

NJ resident

You have a good shot for most DOs. Unfortunately, I think that MCAT is lethal for MD, bar a few.

yeah the MCAT is a little low. Going to try and retake in August!

Your EC's look pretty standard, which is fine. The main issue is your stats. You won't get past any pre-screen at most allopathic schools, if I'm being frank. As a result, I would recommend DO.
