I think many schools will not accept AP credit as fulfilling undergrad required coursework. You should DEFINITELY have more than 10 hours shadowing a physician.

Need more shadowing. Need an MCAT score to truly chance you. Chances of Cali MD probably slim. If you hit 30+ MD is probably possible. 27+ would put you in a good place for DO schools. Aim high.

I think there's some skepticism of really young applicants on adcoms. You might consider taking a year or two to improve your GPA, shadow, mature, etc.
