What are my chances, please be honest

I have a 3.65c gpa and a 3.5s
31 overall MCAT ( 11 VR 10 BS 10 PS)
I am an URM (A.A. female) and go to a public school
I have great E.C ( service learning, volunteer, summer pre med internships)
Summer research and undergrad thesis research project

What are my changes of getting into medical school overall for the 2014 cycle?

Temple
Stony Brook
Mt. Sinai
Howard
Emory
Drexel
Etc.

And If I can get it what are my chances at Harvard and Columbia P&S? Should I even bother applying?

I'd say your odds are very good in general. No harm in applying to Harvard or Columbia.

Why not? Harvard is pretty much a reach school for everyone, might as well try. I say you have a good chance of getting some love this upcoming cycle. Just make sure you apply broadly. Good luck!

African Americans applying during the last three years with a 3.65/31 had ~90% chance of acceptance to at least one school. Particularly if you are strong in Research and/or Leadership, you might have an application that would appeal to top schools, so go for it.
