I know there's probably countless threads like this one, but I'd appreciate any input on my stats. I'm a reapplicant for the 2014-2015 application cycle.

oGPA: 3.1 sGPA: 3.2
DAT: AA20 TS19 Bio: 18 Chem:22 Ochem: 19 QR: 18 RC: 24 PAT21
I also have 500+ hours of dental assistant experience, decent community service and extra-curriculars.

Specific Questions I have:
Should I retake my DAT?
Also I'm currently working on raising my GPA with a masters program.

Appreciate the help guys. My GPA junior and senior year of undergrad was about a 3.6 (didn't do too well in freshman/sophomore classes obviously). I hope that I can get a near 4.0 in this MS program to improve my chances.

I am doing a masters of science too, half way done 2thdcay with the program, been studying my butt off and did really well my first year with a 3.6 SGPA and TGPA. Doing that masters is awesome, DAT is solid IMO. Good luck applying to all your schools!

@Pmon thanks for the encouragement. I think it will be a beneficial experience nonetheless. I'm still applying this cycle to see if I stand a chance, but if I don't get in hopefully a GPA in an MS program like yours will help me for the next cycle. Good luck to you too!
