I just took my PCAT today and received my preliminary report. I'd like to know what my chances are for getting into OU if I do an early admission application or SWOSU if I do a regular application.

Verbal Ability: 419 78%
Biology: 387 20%
Reading Comprehension: 424 89%
Quantitative Ability: 390 27%
Chemistry: 289 28%
Composite: 402 50%

My GPA is 3.231. I also have experience working in a Pharmacy as a pharamcy tech for Walgreens, as well as an extensive volunteer background (around 400 hours). Any help or advice would be appreciated.

I'm not an expert, but from what I saw from other comments, low percentile on PCAT isn't very competitive for Early decision. However, your experience is great. One thing you could do is to try to apply for as many school as you can for regular cycle. More chance of getting interviews considering your GPA and PCAT.

OU requires that each section be above 25%. I would email the advisor and see if you would need to retake to increase the section. Your composite it competitive enough to apply. Good luck! You got this!

Your verbal/reading comprehension are godly!

I'm going to go ahead and apply for early decision when the applications open up. If I do manage to score an interview, I should be fine, if not, I'll broaden my application and take the PCAT again. From what the adviser told me when I talked to her yesterday, if they do grant an interview, They're more or less fine with my application and my interview would be the big deciding factor. I'll make an update on it a couple months from now and let you know what happened. Either way, thanks a bunch for the answers guys!
