I am an undergrad junior at Stony Brook majoring in Biochem. I am a NY resident. I am planning on applying this application cycle.

MCAT 510
2 years of biomedical research; published as third author; individual summer research project (Ureca), recieved grant/poster presentation
200+ hours of volunteering at hospital
100+ hours of shadowing pulmonology, cardiology, anesthesiology
TA for Physiology
Part-Time Tutor for 2 years
On the board for a club; provided free tutoring help: 2 years

Good clinical and research LOR's.

Do I have a shot at MD schools in NY like Buffalo, Stonybrook, Downstate, Upstate. Which schools should I apply to.

Your application looks very cookie cutter with standard stats (just from a superficial point of view , but you do have a publication though which sets you apart). Not that that is a bad thing though, but it would be much more interesting of an app if you got your hands dirty with more non academic related ECs, outside of TA/tutoring/research.
