Hey guys. I need help with a list for MD and DO schools. Any advice is appreciated.
I just got my scores back a few days ago. 128/127/125/126. (should I retake?)
Had an upward gpa trend.
Ethnicity: Asian
Undergrad school: CSULB
State Residence: California
Decent LORs
Taking 2 gap years
My ECs include:
Jobs
Working in homecare for developmentally disabled individuals: 1 year, 600 hours
Volunteer Experience
Volunteering as a Cart Driver at a VA Hospital: 2.5 years, 200-250 hours
Clinical Experience
Cope Health Scholar: 3 years, 450 hours
Intern at a Behavioral Health Clinic: 5 months, 100 hours
Leadership
Vice-President of a Greek Council: 1 year, 60 hours
President of a Fraternity: 1 year, 300 hours
Recruitment and Training Coordinator: 2 years, 235 hours
Research
Behavioral Lab: 1.5 years, 120 hours. One publication on the way
Shadowing
None as of now. Planning to get some during this summer
