What are my chances?

I am a pre med student in Louisiana and was wondering what my chances were looking like with

cGPA: 3.47
sGPA: 3.16
MCAT: 520

EC: President of my fraternity
Founder and president of
chess club
Particpant in school wide speech debate (it's a big deal at my school)
500+ hours of shadowing
experience
100+ hours volunteering in clinical setting


I'm not aiming for a top tier school, I know I messed up during my freshman and sophomore years as far as gpa goes. I'm just looking for insight on any schools (DO included) that i may have a chance of being accepted at?
