Employment in a library: 4 years (2000ish hours)
Volunteer as a mentor for younger college students
letter of Recs: Committee letter. (My school has like a 95 percent acceptance rate with that committee letter)
I am also making a startup company with a friend.(I think this is very unique as I have never heard of someone else doing this. How do you guys think it would look to adcoms?)
